Thank you for showing interest in submitting your information to The Handbook.
There are three separate forms that can be completed, please choose the one(s) that are appropriate to you individually, or your department/university as a whole:
Department form, (or it can be for the whole university, if that is more appropriate). This form does need to be completed by one nominated person. It asks for the contact information for the department / university and admissions office, and all the course descriptions. It also asks for a list of all the Academic members of staff who research/teach on Latin America/the Caribbean or Hispanic topics, as well all the PhD students currently writing their thesis on Latin America/the Caribbean or Hispanic topics. The purpose in asking for this information is so that we will be able to check that all the individuals you and your department would like to have listed in the Handbook have replied using the 'Staff' and 'PhD' forms (see below).
Staff form: this form should be distributed to all the members of staff who research/teach on Latin America/the Caribbean or Hispanic topics to be filled in by them and sent back either directly (information below) or via the person who filled in the Department form.
PhD form: this form should be distributed to all the PhD students currently writing their thesis on Latin America/the Caribbean or Hispanic topics to be filled in by them and sent back either directly (information below) or via the person who filled in the Department form.
There are two ways of submitting your form(s). The first is online:
